London Marathon

On Marathon Sunday the road past the Docklands Settlement Centre where we meet for church is closed off. Instead of doing church that day, we help to run the water station outside Mudchute DLR station.

Whilst most of the church (and associated friends and family members) do the hard work of taking the tops off water bottles and handing them out to the runners, the worship band regale passers-by with worship songs and rock and roll tunes.
