Quaystone Core Leaders
The Quaystone core leaders are responsible for providing wisdom and direction to the church, using all the resources that God has given us. We don't have all the answers, and often look to others for help, both inside the church and outside - but the buck stops here!
Stuart & Louise Cathrow

Stuart & Louise moved down to the Island from Cambridge, in September 2008 to lead Quaystone. Although both had successful careers (Stuart in finance, Louise in teaching), working for the church full-time represents the fulfilment of long-term goals and a response to God's call.

Stuart heads up the team, and has a passion for Scripture and worship. He has particular responsibility for preaching & teaching and church strategy. Louise is responsible for children, youth and Quaystone's women's group, Joy complete.
When not leading the church, eating and sleeping, Stuart and Louise keep a careful eye on their three children, Ethan, Madi and Elliot.

With his wife, Linda-May, Stuart has been part of Quaystone since it began in their lounge. They moved to the Island in 1991, and haven't stopped decorating since. Stuart's calm wisdom, maturity and knowledge have been been invaluable to the church, and as well as being a succesful local GP, Stuart has found the time to run 16 London marathons and raise 6 children.
